Week Off – Day 1

So I’m doing well, One day off and I’m pretty sure I got to the end of Chapter 2 of SFU today!

It’s rough, it needs a lot of work before I put it out there for you all to read, but I’m proud of myself that I at least managed to get to a point that all the events I wanted portrayed in it are there. Its about 200 words less than chapter one but that’s ok, it still in the same ball park and more importantly it means that I am now at a grand total of 3500 words of my WIP ( I found the last 9 words  to round it up it was 3491 originally so I’m sure some of it will get cut!).

Something I never thought I would achieve. I know it’s a small mile stone, but when considering it took me at least the last decade to get those first 1824 words on the page, adding another 1664 in a month is good going!

I now need to spend some time editing it and getting it from a rough draft to a readable chapter, but it gives me hope that come the end of this week off not only should I have a fully readable if not final version of Chapter 2 for you all but might even get onto chapter 3!
