Easing back in

I’m sorry once again; I have had a very LOOONG day.

A 12 hour shift is never fun, but when it didn’t even contain a lunch break it gets even tougher.

Once again I didn’t get home until gone 10pm and my brain is still rather scrambled so I have yet to come up with anything humorous, insightful or even remotely interesting to post.

At the same time I promised myself a few days ago that I would repair June’s lapse and get back on the wagon for July and post every day, and with that in mind I needed to get something down on the page even if it was simply me rambling about the fact that I don’t really have anything to talk about.

Fellow Blogger TMPinSYR has just completed his own “30 days of write” challenge, which he tells me was somewhat inspired by my own challenge in May, in which I unlocked the “Post a Day” achievement, in turn his success in achieving this has now spurred me on to make sure that in July I get back into the habit of daily writing!

I have a day off tomorrow so plenty of time to both recuperate and research something cool and interesting to share with you, so hopefully tomorrows post will contain something that will at least be of some interest to someone out there.

Hey- that’s what this is about, no? Supporting people with common goals? I look forward to seeing what you come up with tomorrow!
