Googlewhack

I recently sat down and re-watched Dave Gormans Googlewhack Adventure, its brilliant! Even the 2nd time round when you know what’s coming.

For those of you who don’t know a Googlewhack  is, it is when you type two words into Google and return only a single result. An impressive feat when you think of the pages and pages of results that you find even with the most bizarre of searches (Etruscans bollard). On top of that there are rules that must be adhered to, to make this challenge even tougher, anyways back to the show!

If you have yet to see this show I 100% recommend it, it’s not your traditional comedy stand up but it really does make you laugh, an impressive feat for a PowerPoint presentation.

Dave’s performance really shines, it’s clear to see the emotions that he felt during this somewhat epic journey.

Sadly I can’t really say much more than that about the show as if you haven’t seen it, it really is a show that requires some serious spoiler alerts when speaking about it.

On the upside this fits it quite well with the fact that I was struggling with anything to say this evening but wanted to keep up the daily posting momentum that I have created so far this month.

I’ve managed to find a brief clip that doesn’t give away any of the events but still has some humour in it, hopefully it will be enough to make you go out and rent/buy/borrow or obtain by some other method, the show and give it a watch.

SPOILER WARNING: There are a number of videos that the one below links to that do very much ruin parts of the show so I would not recommend watching them.
