Making Time

One of the most important and the most difficult things to do when wanting to write is to make time.

It’s the thing that is probably more impact than anything else on your ability to produce something. It’s also the thing that personally I find the hardest.

With the world at your fingertips via the internet, a million TV shows and a serious problem with procrastination it is so easy for the evening to pass you by, it’s the biggest reason that this blog has stopped so many times in the past and a pretty large contributor to the lack of movement on the SFU word count.

Going forwards I am going to pencil in 30 min every night to write, I am hoping that if I can manage that then I can start to add some serious numbers to SFU and whilst like yesterdays efforts a lot of it might end up unimportant or unusable I am thinking if I put enough words down then eventually some of it will start to make sense!

After all given long enough a Monkey can write the complete works of Shakespeare so this should be easy for me!
